VINYASA
Vinyasa is a dynamic, flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement. Postures are seamlessly woven together in creative sequences, building strength, flexibility, balance, and mindful awareness.
Often described as a “moving meditation,” each class is unique, offering an energising yet grounding practice that invites you to move with intention, presence, and ease.
Beginners who like a challenge will enjoy this one.
Gentle Flow
Recommended for Beginners
A class for all levels and especially first timers. Gentle flow offers accessible flows to move the body along with time and space to focus on alignment, strength and balance. Yin, breath, and sound can also component of this class from time to time
YIN
Recommended for Beginners
YIN is a slow and meditative style practice that physically focuses on targeting deep and connective tissues, facia, ligaments, joints and bones.
The long hold, floor based supportive postures help to heal the energetic body by stimulating and enhancing the flow of chi bringing nourishment to the bodies organs and nervous system.

This practice is for everyone as it offers incredible physical, mental and emotional health benefits.
SLOW FLOW
Recommended for Beginners
Slow Flow allows you to slow down and take more time to sink into your poses. This intentionally slower-paced class, is aimed at helping both beginners and those who want to deepen their understanding of yoga. You'll stretch out holds in each pose for several breaths, and you'll typically do half the poses and transitions you would in a faster-paced/more dynamic class.
