The part of yourself that you’re searching for isn’t someone you need to become, it’s a part of you that’s been lost along the way.
Reconnect, is an intimate journey designed to help you meet a part of yourself you’ve abandoned, suppressed, forgotten or disconnected from.
Together, we’ll move through a grounding meditation, sound, Reiki and nervous system regulation.
You’ll take a timeline journey back to self, and walk away with practical action steps to create a vision of the life you are ready to step into.
This isn’t to fix your past. This is changing the relationship you have with your past.
You don’t need fixing. You might simply need to come home to more of who you’ve always been.
Reconnect is intentionally limited to 10 people.

Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your Reiki journey – a powerful and transformative initiation into energy healing. Over two nurturing Sundays, you’ll be guided to awaken your natural healing abilities, connect deeply with your own energy, and learn how to channel Reiki for yourself and others.
This training is designed to help you:
✨ Explore the history, principles, and foundations of Reiki
✨ Receive your Reiki Level 1 attunements to open your energy channels
✨ Learn self-healing practices to support balance, clarity, and wellbeing
✨ Practice giving Reiki to friends, family, and even pets
✨ Build trust in your intuition and connect with your inner healer
