Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your Reiki journey – a powerful and transformative initiation into energy healing. Over two nurturing Saturdays, you’ll be guided to awaken your natural healing abilities, connect deeply with your own energy, and learn how to channel Reiki for yourself and others.
This training is designed to help you:
✨ Explore the history, principles, and foundations of Reiki
✨ Receive your Reiki Level 1 attunements to open your energy channels
✨ Learn self-healing practices to support balance, clarity, and wellbeing
✨ Practice giving Reiki to friends, family, and even pets
✨ Build trust in your intuition and connect with your inner healer

In this reflective gathering we’ll explore seasonal myth, share in circle, and journey through meditation, reconnecting with the steady wisdom of nature and our own inner rhythm.
