What is Chakradance
CHAKRADANCE™ is a healing movement practice
It uses spontaneous dance, to specific chakra-resonant music, for the purpose of healing - releasing old, stuck, emotional 'blocks', and re-tuning your whole energy system. Think of it as a moving meditation to music!
There's no right or wrong way to chakradance, and you don't even need any dance experience. It’s a journey of self-discovery. Each chakra is explored through specific music, guided imagery and your own free, improvised dance, done in a safe space with your eyes closed.
Chakradance helps you re-connect with your own soul, unique and beautiful. As a practice, it helps you to feel more balanced, more joyful, and to radiate your own true colours out into the world.
Chakradance & Reiki
9 Week Awakening Series
This 9 week cycle begins with an introductory overview, and goes on to explore a different major chakra each week, before concluding with an integration class.
This cycle will gently awaken each of your seven chakras and help you to discover where your energy is flowing and also where you have blockages. Dancing through your chakra system regularly will release blocked energy and help you to feel more alive and energised It will open you up to insights about your life, and bring balance and health to your whole system. Previous knowledge or experience in dance or the chakras is not required.
